Managed revenue capture for inbound-heavy businesses
Stop losing revenue between the first call and the next action.
When your team is on a job, on another line, or asleep, we answer and qualify the call, then get the details to the right person. You get a record of what happened.
Start with one after-hours or overflow path. Keep the phone system you already have.

Revenue Leak Scorecard
What could missed calls be worth?
Use your own numbers to estimate the monthly value associated with missed, qualified inbound opportunities.
No email needed. These numbers stay in your browser and are not included in your audit request.
- 01Inputs
- 02Missed calls
- 03Qualified opportunities
Modeled monthly value
- Estimated missed calls
- Estimated qualified opportunities
Assumptions: monthly inbound calls × missed-call percentage × qualified share × value per qualified event. Modeled estimate, not a forecast or guaranteed recovery.
Request My Revenue Leak AuditThe scorecard models the opportunity. The audit checks whether there is a credible path to recover it.
Revenue disappears between intent and action.
After hours
The call reaches voicemail.
Not qualified
A name is taken, but no details.
Too late
The form waits until morning.
No owner
The handoff stops at an inbox.
Someone with a real problem calls you. What happens next is where the money goes.
The call comes in at 9pm and reaches voicemail. Or someone answers, takes a name, and never finds out whether the job is worth sending a truck to. Or the web form sits until the morning, by which point they have called two other companies. Or the details reach an inbox, and nobody owns the next step.
If one of these sounds familiar, the question is where it happens in your business, and whether it costs enough to be worth fixing.
One revenue path. Handled end to end.
ArchPrime takes one inbound path and runs it. Four stages, each producing something you can see.
Capture
We set up after-hours or overflow capture around the calls your team cannot take. Coverage and routing are agreed before a pilot.
Understand
A short conversation establishes what is happening, how urgent it is, and whether it fits the work you want. Anything uncertain, sensitive, or out of scope goes to a person instead.
Act
The person on call gets the details and confirms they've received them. You know who owns the next step.
Prove
Every eligible call lands in an event ledger with what happened to it: handled, qualified, handed off, escalated, failed, or recovered. You read it weekly.
More than answering the phone.
An AI receptionist answers and routes. An automation project connects your tools and hands you the result to run. ArchPrime owns one revenue moment from the first ring through to a qualified handoff somebody has accepted, and reports what happened.
Other companies sell the pieces. We take responsibility for how they work together and what happens when a step fails.
Built for one kind of business.
This fits a specific situation, not a specific industry.
- The phone is how work turns into money, not a side channel for scheduling.
- You already pay to make it ring: ads, a listing, a name people ask for.
- You can put a number on what one answered, qualified call is worth to you.
- The person calling has a problem right now, and will call the next name on the list if you do not pick up.
If a missed call rarely costs you a sale, or your callers are happy to wait for a callback, this is not built for you. The audit will likely say the same thing.
Begin where the risk is smallest and the leak is visible.
We audit one revenue path and agree what it is worth.
We start on after-hours or overflow, so your normal working hours are untouched.
We write the scenarios the system has to pass, and it passes them before it takes a live call.
We run a bounded 30-day pilot with one call type.
We expand only when the ledger says the path works.
Built with financial-grade reliability habits.
Before founding ArchPrime, Sagi Ajaj spent close to a decade building global financial cloud systems at Rapyd, where a failure is somebody's money.
That work leaves habits: assume the dependency will be down, make the failure path explicit, instrument everything, and never let a handoff be ambiguous about who owns it. ArchPrime is that discipline applied to inbound revenue.

Founder’s Note
My father ran a small cleaning business serving hotels. He was resilient, generous, and known for having hands of gold: when someone had a problem, he found a solution.
But the business came to depend on him carrying more and more alone. I lost him when I was twenty. His life left me with a conviction that shapes how I build:
A business should not consume the person responsible for it.
After nearly a decade building reliable global financial systems, I founded ArchPrime to apply that conviction to business: dependable revenue infrastructure that reduces owner dependency, keeps critical work moving, and gives good operators room to grow without carrying more weight.
Request My Revenue Leak AuditFind out whether the leak is worth fixing.
The Revenue Leak Audit looks at one inbound path: how much of it arrives, what happens to it now, and what one captured job is conservatively worth to you.
You get a one-page leak map and a verdict. The verdict is one of three things: run a pilot, measure first because the evidence is too thin to justify one, or no credible recoverable path. The third one is a real outcome and you will be told plainly if that is what the numbers say.
No CRM access. Bring a call log or your own account of what is being missed.
Tell Sagi where calls get missed.
Email your business website, the kinds of calls you want to protect, and what happens when your team cannot answer. Keep customer details and recordings out of the email.

FAQ
Is this an AI receptionist?
No. A receptionist answers and routes. We take one revenue path and run it end to end, which means qualifying the call, triggering the next operational step, getting that step acknowledged by a person, and logging what happened to every eligible call.
Do you replace our phone system or team?
No. Your phone system stays. Your team stays. We take calls your team is not taking right now, starting with after hours and overflow.
What happens if the AI is uncertain or unavailable?
Before a pilot, we agree which calls need a person, including uncertain, sensitive, angry, or out-of-scope calls. We also agree a backup route to your existing intake path if the system or a service it relies on is unavailable. Escalation and automatic backup routing must be tested before live calls.
What does ArchPrime need from us?
Your current intake and handoff path, the rules for a qualified opportunity, who to contact and how, and approval on what the system says. We agree routing, scope, and the tests required before a pilot; setup depends on that path.
What counts as a qualified revenue event?
You define it with us before we start, and it is written down: the caller's need, fit with your service scope, and the next action they have agreed to. If it is ambiguous, it does not count.
How do you prove what was captured?
An event ledger with every eligible call and its outcome, including the ones that failed or were escalated. You get it weekly. It is the same record we use to decide whether the pilot worked, and we do not get a different version of it than you do.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. Nobody can guarantee that your callers will buy. We can be accountable for whether the system does its job, which is why the pilot measures captured events rather than your closed revenue.
Which industries do you support?
Inbound-heavy businesses where a missed or slow phone call has an obvious price, and where the work is urgent enough that the caller will not wait. We are deliberately narrow about which ones we take on at a time. If yours is not a fit, the audit will say so.
How is customer data handled?
The scorecard numbers stay in your browser. Audit requests are sent through your own email app to sagi@archprime.co. CRM synchronization and automated confirmation emails are not connected. You can also choose to book through Calendly. Read the contact notice for how correspondence is handled.
What human support is available?
ArchPrime is founder-run, with support hours agreed in the pilot agreement. We do not currently staff overnight on-call or promise a fixed human response time. The backup route must work without waiting for Sagi to respond and be tested before live calls.
